5. 顾客赂店主询问情况：

Have you got a bigger [larger] size? 有大一点尺寸的吗？

7. 对询问价格的回答套语：

It’s five yuan. 5元。

It costs ten dollars. 这要10 美元。

They’re two dollars each. 每个2美元。

The coat sells for [at] 80 pounds. 这外套卖80英镑。

The price is marked on it. 价格就标在上面。

【交际指南】

1. 顾客走进商店，店主最常用的两句话是：Can I help you? 或 What can I do for you?但是，一般不说：What do you want? 或 What do you buy? 因为这不太礼貌。有时店主因事(如生意太忙)，未招呼顾客，顾客也可以主动发问或提出自己的购物想法。如：Do you have any shirts for little girls? (你有小女孩穿得裙子吗？)I’d like to see the cap. (我想看看这帽子。)

2. 出于礼貌，有时顾客买了东西后，往往说上一句Thank you，店主则用 You are welcome 之类的话回答。有时还会补上一句Come again, please,而有时则可能是店主把顾客所买的东西包好(wrap up)，在收钱时微笑着说一声 Thank you。你若是对其服务态度满意，也可用Thank you 来回答，若只是报之一微笑或不吱声，也没关系。(from www.nmet168.com)
