Shinhwa from South Korea Held Farewell Concert in Shanghai

Sinhwa(神话组合), the idol band with the longest history in South Korea, held its farewell concert in Shanghai, for some of the members will have to serve in the army very soon. It is the second time it has held a one-band-concert in Shanghai, one year and five months after the first one.

This concert in Shanghai is significant for several reasons. First, it is a celebration of the band’s tenth anniversary with its fans throughout Asia since its first appearance on the stage. Second, it is the last time for the whole band to show publicly before their service in the army and an opportunity to say goodbye to its Chinese fans. After that, several of the six members in the band will serve in the army for two years one after another. The total span will last for more than three years.

韩国神话组合即将暂别歌坛在沪“绝唱”

  即将有成员面临服兵役的韩国最长寿偶像组合“神话”，在上海举行了组合暂别舞台前的“绝唱”。这也是他们继前年在上海首开个唱后，时隔1年零5个月后再次来沪举办演唱会。

此番上海行对于“神话”组合也是意义重大，一来是纪念“神话”出道的第十个年头，和全亚洲的“神话”歌迷共同庆祝；二是这次演唱会将是成员们陆续服兵役前的最后一次在内地集体亮相，也是为了和中国歌迷作一个暂时的告别。此次演唱会后，“神话”六位成员中的几位将陆续开始个人为期两年的兵役生涯，整个跨度时间将长达三年多。
