have got to不得不;必须

We have got to turn back.

We have got to get a surgeon in here.

I couldn’t have got to the meeting on time—unless I had caught an earlier train.

have got tohave to有何区别?

I have to [have got to] check the oil level in the car.

(2) 当表示习惯性动作时,尤其是当句中含有表示经常性的副词(如always, often, sometimes等)时,通常要have to,一般不用have got to。如:

I often have to get up at 5. Do you ever have to get up at 5?

I had to tell them they’d lost their jobs: I always have to do the boss’s dirty work for him.

I’m having to work very hard at the moment.

As a matter of fact, he’s having to sell his house.

The boss said I didn’t have to come in the next day.

I had to show my pass to the man at the door.

Because of the bus strike, I’ve been having to walk to work every day.

(4) 当与助动词或情态动词连用时,我们通常使用have to,一般不用have got to。如:

We shall have to mind what we say.

You will have to find an alternate route.

I may have to work late, in which case I will telephone.

If the day turns out wet we may have to change our plans.

(5) 当用于非谓语动词形式时我们通常使用have to一般不用have got to。如

I hate to have to get up in the morning.

Having to change trains is a small inconvenience.

You should offer to help without me having to ask.

concern [kEn5sE:n] vt.

Don’t trouble about things that don’t concern you.

This concerns the healthy growth of the children deeply.

I’ve no concern with [in] the company.

She showed great concern about [for] you.

be concerned about关心;挂念

We’re rather concerned about father’s health.

Many people are concerned about the pollution of the environment.

I’m concerned about whether he has signed the contract or not.
